Uses a ding of your choice

Use font of your choice or
Jokerman (here)
 
1.Open a new transparent image 500x500
 
2.Add a new raster layer
 
3.Set foreground color to null - background to black
 
4.Using text tool set at large size (150 or more)
type in one ding (or use the attached tube)
Do not deselect
 
5.Using color of choice (I used #274B27),
spray some of the ding the color you chose.
Deselect.
 
6.Go to Effects/Reflection Effects/Kaleidoscope
with these settings:
 
6a. Using your selections tool - Circle:
start in the center of your
kaleidoscope and pull out to make a nice circle.
 
6b. Selections/invert/delete
 
6c. Deselect
 
7.Using your smudge tool, pull out wispy curved tails:
 
8. Add a new raster layer.
 
9. With color of your choice (I used #000000)
and the font of your choice (I used Jokerman)
add the text you want
 
10. Add a drop shadow of:
 
11. Using the layer palette, switch to the bottom, original layer as your active layer.
 
12. Using your flood fill tool, fill the bottom layer with a solid color (I used #ffffff)
 
13. While still on that layer, add a new raster layer.
 
14. Choose a color that compliments your mail kaleidoscope, and spray a bit of color
under your kaleidoscope.. so that it looks good to you.
 
15. Merge all layers , then crop to your tag.
 
16. Save it and you are finished !
